1. Client Obligations Prior to Service: The client agrees to fully secure all food and kitchen utensils, and to remove pets from the area to be treated. Covering general furniture is not mandatory. Failure to comply with these preventive measures exempts Fumimax from any liability regarding the contamination of consumables.

2. Guarantee of Effectiveness: Fumimax offers an effectiveness guarantee on pest control services, strictly subject to a technical evaluation of the case and the client’s compliance with the hygiene recommendations provided by the technician.

3. Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel or reschedule their service without any penalty, provided they notify Fumimax at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

4. Limitation of Operational Liability: The products used are certified and of low toxicity. However, Fumimax assumes direct and exclusive responsibility for incidents (such as pet intoxication or damage to furniture from spills) that strictly result from demonstrable negligence or malpractice by the technician during the application process.
